Curated By Phoenix Photography Mini Session Terms & Conditions
Thank you for booking a photography mini session with Curated By Phoenix. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions. By booking your session, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Booking and Payment
- A full payment is required to secure your session date and time.
- Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Session Details
- Mini sessions are 30 Minutes in length and include 6 edited images. Additional images may be purchased separately.
- Mini sessions are conducted at a pre-determined location chosen by Curated By Phoenix.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or cancellation without refund.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
- In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, Curated By Phoenix reserves the right to reschedule.
- If you cancel without rescheduling, your payment will not be refunded.
4. Image Delivery
- Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery by February 9th.
- Clients will have 1 Week to download their images from the gallery.
5. Usage Rights
- Clients are granted personal use rights to the delivered images. This includes printing and sharing on social media with proper credit to Curated By Phoenix (@CuratedByPhoenix).
- Images may not be altered or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Curated By Phoenix reserves the right to use session images for promotional purposes, including website and social media, unless the client submits a written request to opt out prior to the session.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for ensuring all participants arrive on time and are camera-ready.
- No additional props or pets are allowed unless discussed and agreed upon in advance.
7. Liability
- Curated By Phoenix is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or loss occurring during the session.
- While every effort is made to ensure satisfaction, Curated By Phoenix is not responsible for unforeseen issues such as weather, venue restrictions, or uncooperative participants.
8. Agreement
By booking your mini session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
